We appreciate the efforts of Rooms Online

We have been with you for just over 10 months. In this time you introduced us to dynamic pricing and helped us understand our channel manager & OTA websites better.

On your advice, we increased our prices, introduced minimum stays between 2 & 5 days, nonrefundable bookings, all during our peak months.

At the beginning, we were very nervous that our guests would be slow booking with us. In fact, the opposite has happened –  our turnover is way ahead of the same months before Rooms Online arrived. Our value for money on booking.com has gone up from 8.4 to 8.7 while our overall rating has gone up from 9 to 9.4
