Our Premium Service.

This service allows us to create or develop your current online travel agent management strategy, and provide more in-depth continued support, with the focus of maximising the sales through these entities.

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH WE WILL:

  • Review your current online strategy, marketing & promotions
  • Create an events & public holidays calendar for next 24 months
  • Provide assistance with setting up a channel manager and PMS (if required)
  • Provide recommendations on which sites to list on
  • Create and implement a dynamic pricing structure for next 18 months
  • Audit & update of existing OTA listings
  • Create listings on other OTA’s and listing sites
    NB: Auditing and creating of listings is for maximum of 6 listings (from an approved list of websites), additional listings will incur extra fees.
  • Create (or update) a Google Business Listing (this ensures details about your property is found on google maps)
  • Ensure your Tripadvisor listing is up to date (or create Tripadvisor if not listed)

ONGOING – WE WILL:

  • Twice weekly check of your availability and update pricing as required
  • Audit & update of existing OTA listings once per month
  • Create one free listing per month, if required
  • Phone and email support Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm (queries, discussions about promos, advice on emails you receive from OTA’s etc)
  • Urgent support (email only) outside of normal office hours
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Quarterly visit from us to plan the next 6 months

* Our monthly fee is determined by the number of rooms / room types you have.  If either changes, the fee will be decreased / increased accordingly.

FACT: If Rooms Onlines’ Classic or Premium service does not have a positive impact on your business within the first 3 months – cancel the contract at no cost.
